Internet Access:

Door County Computer was the first ISP in Door County. Starting with RickNet we have provided Dial-Up internet access county wide for almost 10 years. While we will continue to offer Dial-Up service we are currently phasing in Wireless High Speed in as many places as possible.

Wireless High Speed:

Depending on your location you have different options for High Speed Internet. We offer:

  • Fixed Wireless:

We currently have towers in Sturgeon Bay and Ellison Bay. Coverage includes most of Sturgeon bay, Ellison Bay and Gills Rock. Some of Washington Island and Sister Bay...(Wireless High Speed)

At the moment we are working as fast as possible to expand our high speed internet offerings. Our goal is to offer the same county wide coverage with wireless that we currently offer with dial-up.

Dial-Up Internet Access:

Dial-Up uses your phone line and modem to connect you to the internet. Formerly known as RickNet, Door County Computer has been offering dial-up internet service longer than any other provider in Door County. It is the cheapest and most common way to connect to the internet in Door County. We have two dial-up plans:

  • Unlimited:

Unlimited Internet Access for the month.

  • Limited:

12 hours of internet usage, 95 cents after that.

Both plans come with up to three email acounts and free setup. Our phone customer support for internet issues is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 868-9100.

Internet Cafe:

We offer internet access at our Juddville location for $10 dollars/hour.

You can use one of our computers (PCs and Macs), or bring your laptop. Printing is $.25 per page, and we also have a high quality scanner. If you need to download large files or just need to check your email while on vacation the internet cafe is the easiest place to do it. Sorry no food, but you're welcome to as much coffee as you'd like.
